Race Report
It was a lovely bright morning for the October race, perhaps a bit too bright for the runners who had enjoyed the Beer Festival the previous evening.
Most Improved Man was James Masters, in first place with his best time this year. Most Improved Woman was Rebekah Searle in 4th place with her best 5K time ever. Her father, Raymond and her brother, Jack, finished in their best ever times over the course. Well done all!
Thanks very much to Maggie Barber, Sandra Doney, Andy Smith and David Gould for helping and to the Cricket Club for the lovely venue.
The next race is on Sunday 13 November. New runners are always welcome. You don't have to be fast. Please do give me a call or drop me an email if you'd like to join us.
We issue a monthly email invitation a few days before each race and very occasional other emails. Please follow this link to be added to our Mail Chimp list. Some email systems may treat your first email as spam so please look out for it and add us to your trusted list.
